Refund & Return Policy

At Valthaen, we strive to offer products of the highest quality to support your strength. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with Spanish consumer regulations.

2. Product Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original condition and unused (for hygiene reasons, wraps showing signs of use or sweat cannot be returned).
  • It must include the original packaging and all labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at valthaen@gmail.com indicating your order number. Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions on where and how to return the package.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will cover the replacement or full refund of the item, including shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.
