At Valthaen, we work to ensure you receive your training essentials as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Below are the details of our shipping policy for the Spanish market.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. At this time, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
Processing: Orders are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 business hours.
Delivery: Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- 2 to 4 business days (Mainland Spain)
- 3 to 5 business days (Balearic Islands)
3. Shipping Costs
- Mainland Spain: €4.90
- Free Shipping (Mainland Spain): We offer free shipping on all orders of €40 or more (ideal for our 3-wrap bundle).
- Balearic Islands: €7.90
Final shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.
5. Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct delivery address. Valthaen is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details. In the event of a returned package, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Shipping Issues
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at valthaen@gmail.com within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving your order.
